How do I know my head size?

Click on the Measure Your Head Page. It's easy!

How do I get a hat made?

Click on the Custom Hats Page or Click on the Contact us button.

Do I pay upfront on custom orders?

Yes on all online custom orders.  Custom orders made in person in the studio require a minimum of 50% deposit. For online orders, shipping can be payed when the hat is ready and payment plans can be arranged.

Can I pick up my order in your studio?

Yes. Please contact us for times, address or to make a pick up appointment after your custom hat is ready to go home.

How long will it take to have a hat made?

Depends on the hat. Most customs during most of the year take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Sometimes that can change to 8 to 12 weeks.

Can I rush my custom order?

Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated. There is  15% surcharge.

What if I don't like my custom hat or if there is something wrong with it?

Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the hat. There are no refunds on custom hats but we endevour to send you the correct hat first. 

What are custom order returns, shipping and payment options?

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom hats.

Shipping is through Canada Post with tracking unless the customer specifies otherwise.

Payments can be made through e-transfer or Paypal except when shopping online through our Etsy Page.

I have a picture or an old hat I want recreated. Can you do that?

Yes we can. Contact us.
