What comes in my Mystery Hat Box?

How many boxes do I get?

4 boxes

When do I get my boxes?

Boxes will be sent to the post office on or near March 21, June 21, September 22 and December 22.

Does it matter what month I order?

No. Your subscription will last the full year.

Can I get refund?

Refunds are available on a case by case basis. Please email me with your concerns.

 

Can I have my hats custom made for the subscription?

No. Hats are made to fit according to the measurements you provide and a few other questions. This is an opportunity to try new things.

Are these hats just for women?

No but the majority of the hats will be intended for female presenting and dressing people. Hats don't have gender but the majority of my work leans more traditionally feminine. Menswear Caps may be included.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please email me as soon as possible.

​Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. Fill out the forms with the receiver's address.
